Danny Cipriani confirms Melbourne move

Cipriani is heading to Melbourne after all

Citing depression and a lack of confidence in him from fellow players and coaches, the Wasps man believes that a move to Super 14 will be the best way to revitalise his career, but in the short term the switch is unlikely to do his international chances any good.
Cipriani kicked every point for his side in their 9-0 defeat of Saracens at the weekend and suggested that his undoubted raw skill can be further honed at Melbourne, something which did not get past Wasps coach Tony Hanks.
"Quite often you find that, once guys make this sort of decision, they've got one thing to concentrate on. A couple of times today Danny was ¬confronted by some big boys carrying the ball and he fronted up. That's all that really matters for us," Hanks said.
One player who may be returning to the Guinness Premiership is Riki Flutey, with speculation rife that the unsettled England centre is seeking a return from Brive after just one season.
