The northern hemisphere came out on top after a full programme of international rugby this weekend, with New Zealand the only touring side to earn a victory and Australia having to settle for a draw in Dublin. But who were the stand-out performers among the forwards in the six games?

1. Cian Healy (Ireland)
An impressive debut from the young prop, capped off by a powerful break that led to Ireland's first try. Definitely one to watch.

2. Corey Flynn (New Zealand)
Threw well and scored the only try of the match in his first start for the All Blacks since 2003.

3. Martin Castrogiovanni (Italy)
A tremendous asset in the scrum - constantly putting the Kiwis under pressure and putting in some good tackles too.

4. Sebastien Chabal (France)
Only played the final half-hour, but proved he remains a force to be reckoned with. His tackle on Morne Steyn reinforced his status as one of rugby's most intimidating players.

5. Patricio Albacete (Argentina)
A constant thorn in England's side, he stole ball and carried well.

6. Heinrich Brussow (South Africa)
The stand-out Springbok excelled in defence and worked hard at the breakdown.

7. Lewis Moody (England)
Easily the best player on the pitch at Twickenham, he appeared to be everywhere - just as a good seven should. His perfectly delayed pass gave Matt Banahan a simple finish for the winning try.

8. Juan Martin Fernandez Lobbe (Argentina)
The Argentine captain led his inexperienced team from the front and showed he is a strong ball carrier.
