Magners League > Ospreys

Welsh region The Ospreys have shrugged off the daunting task of overcoming a ruthless Leinster side in Dublin in order to win the Magners League.

The Ospreys go to the Royal Dublin Showground on Saturday facing a Leinster side who have not lost at home since September 2008 to clinch the play off final and take the Magners League crown.

Leainster secured home advantage by winning the regular league season ahead of the Ospreys by three points.

Welsh winger Shane Williams commented "It's not good statistics for us but we don't pay too much attention to that. It's all to play for."

"They've beaten us the last few times so we've got to play with a little bit of fear, but not too much respect. They are a good side with a great squad - the strength in depth they've got is quite frightening to be honest.

"But we're pretty much the same as well. We are a good side and we can't think we're going there for the sake of it because we know we're good enough to win it."
