Lievremont: French firepower can claim the Grand Slam

Lievremont has belief in his side's Grand Slam chances
Tuesday 16 March 2010
He has named an unchanged squad for the game at the Stade de France on Saturday night and is confident that his team can leap the final hurdle and win the championship, even though their record against England has been poor in the last five years.
"It's our belief that this France team has the weapons to beat England even if we can have no certainty of success," Lievremont said.
With France currently two points clear at the top of the table with a favourable margin of points scored, the championship looks a certainty, but Lievremont feels a Grand Slam would be a true reflection of his side's progress since the last World Cup.
France's defence coach Dave Ellis also said that France have learned from the second half meltdown against Wales earlier in the tournament and now have "a different attitude" which has put them in good stead.
