Shane Williams is aiming to follow up his last gasp try against Scotland with more against France on Friday as he seeks 50 touchdowns for his country.

Williams has registered 49 tries for Wales and said it would be an honour to hit the half century in his homeland.

Furthermore, another try on Friday would see him overtake the legendary Gareth Edwards as the highest Welsh scorer in the Five/Six Nations, another milestone Williams described as humbling.

"It would be a massive honour to beat that because Gareth Edwards is a true legend in Welsh and world rugby. To reach 50 tries would also be fantastic, but it is more important to try to get involved," he explained.

Meanwhile, Toulon are sure to be monitoring Wales on Friday, with a reported £1 million deal in the pipeline to take the winger away from Ospreys, with Williams claiming that he will not rule out a transfer.
