Firstly, Toulouse collide with Stade Francis in what is always a big occasion but made even more significant this season by the fact that the two sides will be squaring off against each other in the quarter finals of the Heineken Cup.
Even this game may be overshadowed by the clash between Clermont and Perpignan, however, which is a repeat of last season's final and an indication of which team will be pushing for the title in 2010.
"The return of the Six Nations internationals will boost a number of clubs, but with the current stop-start rhythm in the Top 14 smoothly reintegrating those players will be almost as much of a challenge as playing without them," Planet Rugby said.
Meanwhile, the debate rages on about James Haskell's availability to play for Stade Francais, with his club expressing their disgust and many pointing out that his preparations are likely to assist England when they visit Paris in two weeks' time.
